This pocket watch was made in 1989 and was made in a limited edition of 500. This watch is number 397
Movement – the nickel bridge movement has a lever escapement and 17 Jewels. The movement is signed “Minerva” and is in 100% mint condition
The movement sits within a cream bakelite housing sandwiched between the silver back and front.
Case – the silver open face case has a back cover which is held in place by 4 screws. The case is stamped on the inside of the back cover “Minerva Watch Co Swiss”. It has silver marks for .925 silver and is numbered 397.
The back cover is engraved with as astrological map and G. The sides have a smooth plain finish and the case also has a carved bow engraved with a Masonic compass and set square. This bow can bend back so that it folds right to the back.
The case is in 100% mint condition
Dial – the blue and white enamel dial is decorated with Masonic symbols in gold coloured enamel instead of numbers. The dial has a beautiful pair of gilt hands in the form of swords. The dial is signed “Swiss Made” and is in 100% mint condition
The watch measures 66.6mm long x 45mm wide x 8mm
The watch has a mineral glass
The watch is stem wound / stem set
