This pocket watch has a good balance and chain but the movement will not tick
Movement – the gilt full plate fusee movement has a Cylinder escapement with a brass ‘scape wheel and a wide steel balance with a large diamond endstone. The movement is decorated with carved detailing. The movement is signed “BORRETT, London, No 64”. The movement is in 95% mint condition – superb condition.
The movement has its original dust cap
Dial – the off white enamel dial has no hands, and is damaged
The movement measures 47mm x 13mm
The movement is key wound / key set
