This is a Georgian pocket watch movement
It has a good balance and chain and will tick when pressure is applied.
Movement – the gilt full plate verge movement has regulator and a pierced watch cock decorated with a grotesque face. The movement is signed “F B Athinson, London, 37702”. The movement is in 95% mint condition – a lovely example
Dial – the white enamel dial has no hands and is damaged
The movement measures 45mm x 14mm.
