This pocket watch has clear English silver hallmarks for London 1884

Movement – the light gilt ¾ plate movement has a lever escapement and 15 Jewels. It is signed “Baume, Longines” and is in 90% mint condition

Case – the movement comes in an English silver half hunter case, which has a hinged inner, back and front cover. The front cover does pop open to 90 degrees when you press the winder in but also will catch and need assistance – there is an old repair on the front cover at the point where the catch meets the silver lip of the case. The case is decorated with coin edged sides, engine turning and has dark blue enamel roman numerals on the front cover. The case is in 75% mint condition – some bruises and rubbing on the engine turning and the coin edged sides plus the small repair on the front cover

Dial – the white enamel dial has mismatched blue steel hands and is in 99%

The watch has a plastic glass in the front cover and a mineral glass over the dial

The watch is stem wound / lever set

The watch measures 48mm x 14mm
