An early 19thc turned "pocket" Nutcracker of the screw design, used for cobb and hazelnuts...especially nice being made of turned boxwood...it has gained a lovely warm colour and is in very good "used" condition...a couple of nibbles to the screw thread, which do not have any adverse effects to the usage and show it has had a life..
