A gorgeous Edwardian rosewood corner table, of fabulous quality, finely carved, richly patinated and line inlaid with exquisite Neoclassical marquetry motif detail throughout. The moulded bowfronted line inlaid top with beautifully detailed marquetry work featuring a stylised shell flanked with scrolling foliate, flowerhead and bellhusk detail is raised over an inlaid bowfronted frieze with a centred panel depicting an urn flanked with a further arrangement of delicate scrolling foliate motifs and a stunning pair of winged cherubs holding a bouquet of flowers aloft. Supported on elegant inlaid, tapering square leg, conjoined with serpentine undertier shelf with moulded 3/4 gallery rail.
