Antique Oriental Carved Camphor Wood Trunk

A beautiful antique Oriental carved camphor wood trunk. The carved camphor wood trunk has exquisite carved detail throughout, depicting scenes of oriental life. The camphor wood trunk has a hinged lid to the top, which opens to reveal a spacious interior below a lift-out tray, along with a pleasing camphor wood aroma. There are indented carved handles to the front that are integrated into the design and a decorated latch with detailed escutcheon. Raised on carved bracket feet. A rather pleasing example, with beautiful carvings throughout.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related scratches to the edges and feet. The antique oriental carved camphor wood trunk is structurally solid and sound with a smooth running hinge. Overall, a wonderful example of its kind.

Timescale: 5-15 working days. You will receive full delivery details once your order has been placed. For Scotland, delivery may take longer than 15 working days. Please note, the courier service is to the external doorstep, the courier will also deliver on their own so you will need to arrange for someone to help your end.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
