18K gold and Lapis set pocket watch key c1850

This is a metal pocket watch covered with a thin layer of 18K gold. The key is missing a cap at one end, which is reflected in the price.

The key has a raised oval section set with lapis on one side and a black hardstone the other. The case is decorated with engraving and has a suspension loop.

The key is a size 2-3 approx

The key measures 46mm x 7mm. The key is in superb condition apart from the missing endpiece.
