Movement – the top quality model 2, nickel 3 finger bridge movement has a lever escapement and a micrometer regulator, The movement is signed “Studebaker, South Bend Watch Co, USA 21 Jewels, 8 Adjustments” #1198898. The movement is in 95% mint condition – a superb example
Case – the movement comes in a gold plated open face case, which has a hinged back and bezel. The case has a smooth plain finish and the case is in 95% mint condition – the front bezel is slightly sprung and does not close tightly near the hinge due to the extra thickness of the melamine dial
Dial – the white melamine Montgomery dial is double sunk. It has a full set of blue steel hands, continuous minute marks and is signed “South Bend”. The dial is in 100% mint condition.
The watch is stem wound / stem set
The watch measures 50mm wide x 13mm deep
The watch has a mineral glass
