This large Victorian aesthetic 15 7/8 " long x 12 1/4 " wide platter is transfer printed in dark brown.
The pattern features an exciting rim with bizarre geometric designs mixed with flowering cherry branches and various Seaweeds and Coral floating to the well of the platter which has a cartouche of seagulls floating over full sail ships at sea and another cartouches of a young girl dreamily watching ships go by lovely young girl at the sea shore with her digging shovel dreamily contemplating the beauty of her life at the seashore as many ships sail by. The pattern displays the victorian eras love of nature and travel to exotic lands.
Never Used. Condition is great. Clean and bright. No chips, no cracks, no hairlines and no repairs.
