This is seal was designed to be used with hot wax for sealing letters.
I have made an impression of this seal using hot wax to show that the seal works as intended and also to give a clearer image of the intaglio.
The wax impression comes in a small plastic case and is included with the seal.
This is a gold seal which has a solid gold handle, gold on metal base and a gold on metal suspension loop. The seal has no assay marks but is 15K – 18K and is sold with our 100% guarantee to that effect.
This is a lovely piece set with a foil backed citrine stone.

The seal has an ornately carved base and strut handle and a suspension loop and an extra ring.
The seal measures 22mm x 13mm x 11mm and is in 90% mint condition – light wear
