This is a continental silver chain – this silver does not have the same purity as English sterling silver and does not have any assay marks – this is reflected in the price
This is a silver multi strand Victorian watch chain which has a large silver hook at one end and a dog clip at the other.
The chain measures 260mm from the hook to the dog clip.
The chain is made up of two lengths of two mesh link chains held together with heart shaped mounts and a slide
The chain is in 85% mint condition - a duller grey metal colour as the silver content is lower than English silver
