This verge pocket watch movement has no chain, no balance and the escape wheel is damaged.
Movement – the gilt full plate verge movement has a fancy pierced watch cock – an early style with a winged D Shaped foot, a silver regulator disc and is signed “Oberrauch, London 3749”.
The movement has beautiful urn shaped pillars with engraved detailing
The movement has parts damaged – see above
Dial – the white enamel dial is original and has its original dial plate
The dial is in 90% mint condition – some small marks and dirty
The movement measures 35.5mm x 15mm
