Exquisite 18 Kt Yellow Gold Stopwatch Pocket Watch
Chester 1909
An 18 Kt yellow gold stopwatch pocket watch in exquisite condition, hallmarked for Chester 1909.
Dial: The white enamel dial has black Roman numerals with outer minute divisions and 5-60-minute track. The dial has gold spade hands. Dial is as well in mint condition. The dial has an extra blued hand for the stopwatch. The dial is signed in the upper centre: “Otto Wehrle, Cambridge”.
Movement: The anchor lever movement shows ¾ quarter plate has blued screws and is in great working condition, however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch. The movement is signed: “Otto Wehrle, Cambridge” and numbered: 89729.
CASE: The watch lies in an 18 kt yellow gold open face case with a monogram engraved back and dated 1914. The inner side of the case is stamped for 18 kt gold and hallmarked for Chester 1909.
