The split seconds works well but the split seconds hand has a slow return to 0 when reset.
Movement – the nickel ¾ plate movement has a lever escapement and exposed steel work for a split seconds start, stop, fly back and reset with 30 minute register. The movement is signed “G L Guinand, Switzerland, 4 Adj, 7 jewels, Non Magnetic” and is in 95% mint condition.
Case – the movement comes in a gunmetal open face case, which has a hinged inner, back and snap on bezel. The inside of the back cover is signed “G L Guinand, Locle, Switerland”. The case has a smooth plain finish and is in 95% mint condition
Dial – the white enamel dial has a full set of blue steel hands with a 30 minute register. The dial is signed “G L Guinand, Locle, Switzerland”. The dial is in 100% mint condition
The watch has a mineral glass
The watch measures 50mm wide x 15mm
The watch is stem wound
