This is a huge gold watch weighing a total of 160g.
The watch is Swiss and is of the highest quality but unsigned
Movement – the highly complicated nickel ¾ plate movement has a lever escapement with exposed steel work for the start, stop, fly back and reset chronograph function. The movement also has a slide activated minute repeater function with two steel hammers striking on the inner gongs. The movement is jewelled throughout with 30 plus jewels and is jewelled to the hammer. The movement is in 100% mint condition
Case – the movement comes in a massive 18K gold case, which is on the heaviest examples I have seen. It has a hinged inner, back and front cover. The front cover pops open crisply to 90 degrees when you press the winder in. The case has a smooth plain finish and is in 95% mint condition
Dial – the white enamel dial has a full set of gilt hands and a blue steel chronograph hand and a blue steel subsidiary hand for the 30 minute register. The dial is in 100% mint condition
The watch has a mineral glass
The watch measures 55mm wide x 17mm deep
The watch is stem wound / lever set
