This Swiss silver key wound fob watch had lugs added in the later 1890s converting it to a wrist watch

The watch has a good balance but is fully wound and not working. The watch is sold “as is” with no warranty

Movement – the gilt bridge movement has a cylinder escapement and is in 95% mint condition

case - the movement comes in a silver open face case, which has a hinged inner, back and bezel. The back cover pops open when you press the button in on the case. The case has silver marks for .935. The case has fixed lugs, allowing the watch to be worn as a wrist watch. The case is in crisp mint condition

dial – the white enamel dial has gilt hands and is decorated with gold enamel. The dial is in 90% mint condition – 1 hairline going from the centre to the 10-11.

The watch has a bevelled mineral glass

The watch is key wound / key set and comes with a key

The watch measures 37mm wide but also measures 44mm wide from lug to lug. The watch is 11mm deep
