Silver Verge Painted Dial English / London
Pocket Watch 1800
Worldwide shipping!!
A silver verge keywind pocket watch with a painted dial, made in England in the 1800’s. The pocket watch is complete with a key.
Dial: The white enamel dial has black Arabic numerals with outer five-minute divisions and moon hands. The painted dial has the scene of a hunter and lion. There is a winding hole at the two.
Movement: The English verge gilt fusee movement has a pierced balance bridge, three arm balance and silver disc regulator. The movement has nice engravings all around with round pillars. The movement is in good working order; however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch.
Case: The watch lies in a silver case with a smooth finish. The case is numbered: 24539 with the casemakers initials: C&F.
Diameter: 50 mm – Weight: 96.6 g
Made in England - 1800
