This is a top quality pocket watch with a heavy gold case.
Movement – the nickel bridge movement has a lever escapement with a capped lever and brushed steel winding wheels. The movement is in 95% mint condition
Case – the movement comes in a top quality 18K gold case, which is very heavy and has a high gold content. The case has a hinged inner, back and bezel and the case has a large gold hinge – always a sign of quality. The inner cover is signed “Demi Chronometre Avec Quantieme, Ancre Ligne Droite, Sprial Breguet, Balancier Compense, 19 Rubie”.
The back of the case has a scroll monogram and the rest of the case has a smooth plain finish.
The case is in 90% mint condition – in top quality apart from a little but deep dent on the side and bruise which has caused a tiny fracture
Dial – the white enamel dial has two off set dials – day and date – these change automatically every 24 hours and can also be set by the levers on the side. The dial is in 100% mint condition
The watch is stem wound / pin set
The watch has a mineral glass
The watch measures 52mm wide (51mm exc hinge) x 15mm deep
