Solid 18K gold Patek Philippe & Co pocket watch c1908
This is a genuine Patek Philippe pocket watch made in Switzerland and retailed by Spaulding & Co, Chicago.
Movement – the high quality nickel movement has a lever escapement with a micrometer regulator, a moustache lever and wolf teeth winding wheels. The movement is signed “Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, Suisse, No 141548, Adjusted, Pat Jan 13, 1891”. The movement is also signed by the retailer “Spaudling & Co”. The movement is in 90% mint condition – some small marks and scratches
Case – the movement comes in a top quality 18K gold open face case, which has a hinged inner, back and bezel. The inside of the back cover is signed PP, 18ct and the inner cover is signed “Spaulding & Co, Fabrique a Geneve”.
The back of the case has a scroll monogram
The rest of the case has a smooth plain finish and is in 95% mint condition – two very small bruises on the side, otherwise in good condition
Dial – the white enamel dial has a full set of blue steel hands, red five minute marks and Patek’s signature tumbling numerals. The dial is signed “Spaulding & Co” and “Patek Philippe & Cie”.

The watch is stem wound / stem set
The watch comes with a cardboard Patek Philippe box. This is just an empty box and just included as a novelty.
