This is pocket watch is by the Illinois Watch Co, Springfield, USA in c1923
Movement – the high grade nickel bridge movement has a lever escapement with a micrometer regulator, gold train wheels and is decorated with circular damascening. The movement is signed “Illinois Watch Co, Springfield, 19 Jewels, Adjusted 3 positions, Wasco” #4244208 . The movement is in 95% mint condition – superb condition
Case – the movement comes in a 14K white gold filled open face case, which has a snap on back and front. The octagonal shaped case is decorated with fine engine turning and engraved initials EHP. The case is in 90% mint condition – light wear on the back
Dial – the silvered dial has blue steel hands and is signed “Illinois”. The two dial is decorated with a matt finish outer track and an inner circle of polished silver metal. The dial is in 95% mint condition – an attractive dial
The watch has a mineral glass
The watch measures 43mm wide x 11mm deep
The watch is stem wound / stem set
