This is an English gilt watch cock from a verge pocket watch
The watch cock is unusual in that it has a asymmetrical winged D shaped foot decorated with pierced work and a pierced border on the main body AND the foot, which is highly unusual.
The watch cock measures 30mm long x 24mm wide on the foot.
The watch cock is in 95% mint condition – a superb example
