    About this item

    After George Morland (1763-1804)
    "A Tea Garden"
Engraved by François Davide Soiron (1755-1813)
    Published by Thomas Gaugain (c.1756–1810)
    London, 1790

    Measures:-
    45.8 cm x 53.8 cm (Framed)

Lettered beneath "Painted by G.Morland", "Engraved by F.D. Soiron" and with the title. Trimmed to the title with the loss of the publication line.

A very attractive original 18th Century print after George Morland's "A Tea Garden". Presented in a good, though slightly distressed, antique Hogarth style frame. Normally associated with "St James's Park" of which we have a very plausible photogravure.
