“These monoprints were done by rolling ink onto a glass plate unevenly, placing the paper face down and drawing on the back, which results in a textured version of the image. The drawings are result of numerous studies and versions of each image, repeated and refined until I can achieve a simplicity of line that will work with the ink textures.
