    About this item

This is a nice Renaissance silver finger ring, dating to the 16th - 17th century A.D. The ring has a round flat bezel, engraved with a pair of hearts joined by a lover's knot.

This ring has survived in excavated condition, the lower hoop has been cut in antiquity but is otherwise intact and wearable. It will be possible to have the hoop rejoined by a jeweller but is otherwise original.
