    About this item

A good early 19thc Yew Wood Table Salt...it stands on a slightly raised foot and graduates in size from top to bottom, giving it a pleasing shape...the colour is very good as you would expect from "aged" Yew....condition excellent and the little line inside the bowl at the bottom is where the turner has hit a knot and smoothed it off....good to see..!

    English. C1800-20.
