This is seal was designed to be used with hot wax for sealing letters.
I have made an impression of this seal using hot wax to show that the seal works as intended and also to give a clearer image of the intaglio.
The wax impression comes in a small plastic case and is included with the seal.
This is a solid 15K gold seal which has a solid gold handle and gold on metal base. It does not have any assay marks. It has been tested and is sold as solid gold with a 100% refund guarantee.
The oval base is set with a square opaque red stone engraved with the symbols of love – a heart and dove
The seal has a gold on metal base with milled detailing
The seal has an arched handle made to look like interlocking links and is topped with a suspension loop
The seal measures 16mm x 11mm x 9mm and is in 95% mint condition
