This is a 12 size 17 Jewel American pocket watch

The watch is working and keeping good time but due to the scratches on the inside of the back and inner covers, has not been cleaned or serviced by us and is sold with no warranty or guarantees

Movement – the nickel bridge movement has a lever escapement and a micrometer regulator. The movement is signed “E Howard Watch Co, Boston, USA, 17 Jewels, Adjusted, No 1215961. The movement is in 95% mint condition – some small marks.

Case – the movement comes in a gold plated open face case, which has a hinged inner, back cover and bezel. The inner cover is signed “E Howard Watch Co, Boston”  The case has a scroll hand made scratched inscriptions on the inside of the inner and back cover. The rest of the case has a smooth plain finish and is in 90% mint condition – light marks only. 

Dial – the white enamel dial has a full set of blue steel hands. The dial is signed “Howard” and is in 100% mint condition

The watch has a mineral glass

The watch measures 45mm wide x 11mm deep

The watch is stem wound / stem set
