About this item
This is an unmounted stone with intaglio.
It is made of glass and was designed to be inserted into a seal shank or desk seal and used with hot wax for sealing letters.
I have made an impression of this seal using hot wax to show that the seal works as intended and also to give a clearer image of the intaglios
The wax impression comes in a small plastic case and are included with the seal.
This is a black glass stone with bevelled edges
On one side there is an intaglio of an image of figure holding a globe of the world with one hand outstretched and the word “HONESTIY”
The stone measures 13.1mm x 10.8mm x 1.9
The stone is in 95% mint condition
