This seal was made circa 1850
The seal has a gilt metal body with a shield shaped base set with a lovely light yellow / champagne coloured glass stone. This is foil backed so it reflects light through the glass.
The seal has a carved base and a strut handle topped with a suspension loop
The seal measures 19mm x 12mm x 12mm and is in 90% mint condition – some light wear only
