This unusual shaped Victorian aesthetic 9 " X 9 " square cake plate is transfer printed in dark brown. The pattern features delightful Japanesque geometric designs mixed with exotic palm trees and other tropicals. A shoreline with sailing vessels set to the horizon while a large flock of birds fly by.
An inset cartouche of a Rabbit ready to hop or pounce and another inset of a Raven drinking from a jug, Mushrooms on the ground and Birds in flight.
Great condition.
