A super stylish pair of 1920s Art Deco walnut veneer on wood book ends with green painted hand cut out deer. Oh-so-of-their-time! The leaping deer is a recurrent design theme from the Art Deco era, as is the particular ’Arsenic’ green coloured paint. Showing patina and age, these highly decorative bookends pack a true design punch. Would look great on a kitchen shelf with cookery books.
