This is an antique decorative serving tray. An English, satinwood and burr walnut afternoon tea tray in Georgian revival taste, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1900.
Exceptional craftsmanship, with fine colour and finish Displays a desirable aged patina and in very good order Select stocks present fine grain interest and rich caramel hues Inlaid satinwood and burr walnut arranged as a scallop shell motif Distinctive sash tray lip dressed with rolled brass carry handles to either end Finished with a deep emerald green protective baize to the baseThis is a superb antique decorative serving tray, well suited to the finest of gatherings or club lounges.
