Large Antique Oak & Silver Plated Militaty Decorated Tray C1889. Amazing deep quality figural decorated silver plated border with gun men horses and lion faces. The oak oval wooden tray is in excellent original condition with a rich colour & central heart shaped engraved plaque. It was presented in 1889 to the 5th Ardwick VB Manchester Regiment, a famously tough lot. The back is marked with the rare Victorian Kite mark showing the date. An interesting & imposing piece.
