    About this item

    A rare silver pin dish made by the sought after Ramsden and Carr silversmiths. It is fully hallmarked for London 1919 and has the cast crest of the "Artist's Rifles" regiment. This bowl has a hand beaten finish with a crisp set of hallmarks. Carr himself fought in the First World War with this regiment which had been formed to bring artists together to fight. The bowl is in good condition.
