George Jeffrey, by his, fellow students and friends, as a small token of their high esteem, for his, talents and character, Edinburgh 8th November 1938". The box is in very good condition with no damage or repairs only very slight wear at the corners. The interior has the original gilding with hallmarks on the top and bottom.
