A rare Edwardian silver vesta case, made in Birmingham in 1901 by Henry Griffin Plant. It has 5 pieces of granit set in it. The grey comes from Rubislaw Quarry in Aberdeen and the salmon pink from Correnie Quarry at Alford in Aberdeenshire It is in good condition with a full set of hallmarks on the inner lip. It has a suspension ring and the case snaps shut crisply. A great collectors piece.
