    About this item

A nice Georgian silver spice box by Andrew Fogelberg, hallmarked for London 1803. Interestingly the renowned silversmith Paul Storr was originally apprenticed to Andrew Fogelberg from 1785 - 1792. This is a very handsome box decorated with husk festoons to the lid. The marks inside the box are clear and sharp, with the marks on the lid rubbed. This box has a great provenance hailing from Spetchley Park.
