A classic George III large silver gadrooned style teapot. Made in London in 1802 by Robert Sharp, a top silversmith of his day. The pot is in excellent unrepaired condition with a hallmarked lid that closes well. It has a gadrooned bottom, lid and finial and a full set of crisp hallmarks on the base.
