    About this item

A stunning large George III silver hot water or coffee pot. Made in London in 1773 by very rare makers Richard Moreson and Benjamin Stephenson. The full set of hallmarks are under the base and on the lid they are very crisp. The pot is beautifully made with a gadrooned base and detailed spout. The lid has a tight hinge and a flame finial. One of the best Georgian jugs I have seen and other than age related light scratches it is in excellent condition. A very collectable piece of George III silver.
