    A superb Georgian silver 1/3 pint tankard by John Langland, hallmarked for Newcastle 1769. the tankard  has a plain baluster-shaped form onto a circular spreading foot. It features an elegant scrolling thumbpiece, a bold scroll handle with a horses hoof shaped terminal. In very good, clean condition, very smart in appearance and perfectly usable today!

    SIZE: It stands 12cm tall x 12.5cm wide with handle, the cup rim 8cm with the base of 9.2cm
