About this item
A rare Scottish George III silver "P" Port bottle or decanter label. Made in Edinburgh around 1810 by James MacKay. It is profusely engraved on the front with flowers and swags. There is a part set of hallmarks on the front with only the date letter missing. A very collectable piece of Georgian silver.
