About this item
An attractive Georgian silver cream jug of helmet shape set on a pedestal circular base on square socle. Raised reeded handle and reeding around the circular base. Gilt washed inside. Hallmarked for London 1794, maker Thomas Streetin. Engraved monogram to the front.
It measures 15.2cm (6") high, 10.2cm (4") spout to handle and weighs 119g / 3.8ozt.
In very good condition with no damage or repair. Some very minor rippling to a small area of one side. Hallmarks are nice and clear.
