A lovely 19th Century sterling silver bowl of oval form, the shaped gadrooned lip raised over ornamented body with embossed and convex fluted decoration, flanked with two scroll handles with foliate motif, supported on ball foot. Stamped, Sheffield, 1897, by James Dixon and Sons.
