A wonderful pair of silver art deco cased napkin rings. Made in Birmingham in 1930 by William Base. Both are engine turned and have destinctive art deco geometric designs. They are in excellent condition and have full sets of crisp hallmarks. They are in their original case and are a great collectors piece.
