    About this item

A scarce George III silver Newcastle sauce boat by James Crawford in 1772. The boat has a scalloped rim and an "S" scroll handle. It sits on three feet and has probably one of the best set of 18th century Newcastle hallmarks I have seen. The sauce boat is in very good condition with no repairs. A great piece of affordable English provincial silver.
