An unusual small silver chamberstick with a trefoil base formed as a clover leaf / shamrock leaf or "club" suit shape with a matching trefoil leaf shape as the thumb rest.
Hallmarked for London 1893, maker William Evans.
It measures 10cm (4") long, 9cm (3 1/2") wide and 4cm (1 1/2") high. It weighs 56g/1.8ozt. The candle opening is 2cm (3/4") wide.
Condition is very good with no damage and just minor signs of age and use. The hallmarks are a little rubbed but legible.
