About this item
An excellent George III silver chamber stick made in London by Solomon Hougham in 1799. All three pieces (the body, sconce and snuffer) have matching hallmarks. Overall the chamber stick is in exceptional condition with no damage or repairs. It is a beautifully made piece of silver with a well balanced thumb piece and fluted decoration below the scone. It is a very collectable piece of Georgian 18th century silver.
