About this item
A high quality silver plated communion chalice.
It has the military broad arrow mark on the base along with the date for 1955.
It would have been part of an army chaplains travelling communion set.
There is a beautifully engraved crucifix on the foot, and a ring of beading around the centre of the stem.
Condition report:
In excellent condition throughout, no dents or scratches,
The gilding inside has worn inside the chalice, but is commensurate with age and wear.
