1 Unusual Decorative Antique English Mappin & Webb Silver Plate Honey Bee Pot.
In the form of a honey bee which is so stylish.
A feature that stands out is the detail to the Bees 6 legs & antenna also the ruby colour of the glass.
The bees wing lift up to reveal the opening for where you can keep you honey inside.
Made from fine silver plate over base metal & ruby glass.
The glass honey pot also can be unscrewed from the bee head so you can clean it.
So highly collectible & sought after by collectors.
Silversmith workmanship at its very best.
Having the Mappin & Webb engraved hallmark underneath, Princes S Plate together with London & Sheffield, numbered 35 and W11518.
